PERSONAL TRAINING SALES
Gainesville Health and Fitness Centers, in Gainesville Florida has immediate openings for full-time personal training sales counselors at all three of our locations. Both experienced and non-experienced applicants are strongly encouraged to apply.
Previous sales experience and Fitness Industry experience is a plus but not required. If you have a successful track record, and if you are an overachiever and you can prove it then we’d like to meet you!

JOB REQUIREMENTS AND FUNCTIONS
________________________________________
 Self-motivated
 Excellent interpersonal skills and strong communication skills
 Exceptional customer service skills
 Enthusiastic, assertive and punctual
 Good phone etiquette and personality
 Schedule and perform all sales consultations
 Follow up with leads
 Record all Sales; all Paperwork completed and entered correctly in computer
 Coordinate with PT Coordinator
 Coordinate with membership
 Notify trainers of schedule changes/addition
 Proper collection of monies
 Attend weekly PT Staff Meeting
 Attend Direct Reports Meeting
 Coordinate with PT Director pertinent marketing events and activities
 Handle MOT and report any breakdowns
 Exceed clients expectations
